PTS awarded more contracts

Pavement Testing Services provided us with surveys working under an exceptionally tight time frame, the team were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the duration of the contract.

Communication was prompt and most importantly issues raised were dealt with professionally and swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending PTS.

PTS are an all-round, highly professional company and have worked with Highways England for a number of years. Working openly and collaboratively on all Highways England projects they are continually striving to improve. Their ability to deliver consistently at such a high level should be recognised and I would have no reservations in recommending PTS.

PTS carried out our SCRIM Survey this year, the data they have provided loaded easily into our UKPMS. The post survey customer service that we received was excellent.

PTS undertook pavement surveys on the A12 Chelmsford to A120 widening scheme between Dec 2019 and June 2020. During this time both the level of service and condition data we have received from PTS has been of a high quality as well as being provided in a prompt and efficient manner. PTS have always been willing and able to provide additional services when requested.

PTS have worked with Medway Council for a number of years, and have always provided a professional service when undertaking our Highway Condition Assessments. They have continuously met tight deadlines when required, and have striven to improve the way in which our highway assessments are reported. Staff have always been helpful and approachable, and I would therefore happily recommend PTS.

I have been really impressed by the expertise provided to Telford & Wrekin Council by XAIS-PTS in a variety of disciplines including programme development, scheme selection and prioritisation, SCRIM®, AEI surveys, and asset management. XAIS-PTS provide great advice, high quality outputs, and respond quickly and concisely whenever required. They are an essential part of highways asset management in Telford.
