A complete asset register is a fundamental part of being able to produce Gross Replacement Costs (GRC), Depreciated Replacement Costs (DRC), and life cycle plans. LiDAR Point Cloud Applications
Our 360˚ vehicles are also fitted with advanced LiDAR scanners, which automatically record and collect detailed point cloud data. This technology can produce a highly accurate 3D point cloud representation of the entire infrastructure network covering all visible assets. Detailed data on road geometry can be delivered as part of scheme level surveys or major highway improvements, with data supporting design initiatives.
We also deliver precise measurements for bridge heights, clearance profiles, as well as the geometry of road signs, safety barriers (VRS), embankments, drainage, road markings and more.
