XAIS Asset Management and Pavement Testing Services joined forces on 1st June 2024 to become XAIS-PTS.
XAIS-PTS brings together two of the market leaders in the fields of both Infrastructure Asset Management and Highway Testing and Inspection Services to create a high-quality portfolio of services for a wide range of clients.
This includes end-to-end infrastructure asset management solutions incorporating asset management and engineering consultancy, accredited infrastructure asset management systems, and industry-leading infrastructure surveying technologies.
Through our holistic solutions, we help clients accurately predict future asset performance through condition projection modelling, helping them make better decisions around maintenance, repair and replacement.
With over 126 expert staff in the business, we take pride in high-quality, right-first-time delivery, and aim to build long-term relationships with our clients, based upon mutual trust and commitment. We have a dedicated, agile team who can respond quickly to your needs through a flexible, personalised service.
