In June 2024, XAIS (Asset Management) Ltd and Pavement Testing Services Ltd joined forces to become XAIS-PTS, bringing together two market leaders in the fields of infrastructure asset management and pavement engineering, to create a high-quality portfolio of services to support our clients.
First things first...yes, everyone asks us how to pronounce XAIS-PTS (pronounced zais-P-T-S). Honestly, nobody's quite nailed it yet, but we're too busy focusing on what truly matters: delivering end-to-end infrastructure asset management solutions. From expert consultancy and powerful software systems to industry-leading surveying and testing technologies, we work side by side with our clients to solve the challenges that really count.
We work across both the public and private sector through local authorities, major contractors, PFIs, DBFOs, and central government agencies. We also work with strategic infrastructure operators including major airports, ports, and the Ministry of Defence to support the maintenance and long-term management of critical infrastructure in the UK and overseas.
It is our mission to transform how infrastructure is managed by combining integrated services with innovative technology.
