It’s time for fantastic PTS contract news!
PTS have been awarded two major contracts by National Highways (formerly Highways England) for the provision of Technical Surveys and Testing (TST). These new TST contracts for pavements have been split into intrusive and non-intrusive covering pavement engineering services such as Coring, Deflectograph, GPR, FWD, materials testing and more.
PTS have been awarded contracts for the two northern regions in both categories obtaining the maximum possible award. The two northern regions include Area’s 10, 12, 13 & 14 and cover all motorway and major A-roads from the Scottish border to Stoke-on-Trent in the North West and from the Scottish borders to Sheffield in the North East.

Both these contracts run for a period of 7 years which is the first time we have had this guarantee of pipeline work.
