XAIS-PTS provides end-to-end infrastructure asset management services incorporating asset management and engineering consultancy, accredited infrastructure asset management systems, and industry-leading infrastructure surveying technologies.
Through our holistic solutions, we help clients accurately predict future asset performance through condition projection modelling, helping them make better decisions around maintenance, repair and replacement.
We operate our UKAS-accredited laboratory, which specialises in advanced asphalt testing and mixture development, from our base in Preston, Lancashire. Certification services offer ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Factory production control, CE Marking, Product assessment as part of Product Acceptance Scheme to MCHW SHW Volume 1 Clause 104.15 and 104.16.
Our accreditation is limited to those activities described on our 4076 UKAS schedule of accreditation.
