XAIS-PTS represents the integration of XAIS (Asset Management) Ltd, a leading asset management surveying, software and support services company and Pavement Testing Services Ltd, a specialist pavement engineering, materials testing, and asset management surveying company.
By combining the expertise held by both companies, we now provide end-to-end infrastructure asset management services incorporating asset management and engineering consultancy, accredited infrastructure asset management systems, and industry-leading infrastructure surveying technologies.
After successfully merging the company operations in 2024, we are now working more closely with our clients to maximise service value and efficiency, whilst continuing to drive industry innovations through our new Technology Centre based in Reading.

Our modern, versatile, and UKAS accredited testing facility provides a range of cementitious, aggregate, and geological testing to fulfil our clients’ specific needs.
